Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Pipewatch. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pipewatch.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DT Insight Group LLC (“Pipewatch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the Pipewatch software, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full.
2. Description of service
Pipewatch is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to monitor automation workflows across third-party tools including Make.com, n8n, and Zapier, and receive alerts when workflows fail. The Service requires you to provide API credentials for the third-party tools you wish to monitor.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account registration
To use Pipewatch, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Pipewatch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to monitor automations you do not have authorization to access
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Service
5. Third-party integrations
Pipewatch integrates with third-party services including Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and Slack. By connecting these services to Pipewatch, you confirm that:
- You have the right and authorization to share access credentials for those services with Pipewatch
- You have obtained any necessary consents from your clients or third parties whose data may be accessed
- You comply with the terms of service of those third-party platforms
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of any third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may affect the Service without notice.
6. Subscription and payment
6.1 Pricing
Pipewatch offers paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in Section 6.4.
6.3 Free trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will notify you before the trial expires.
6.4 Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not exceeded reasonable usage, we will provide a full refund upon request.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by DT Insight Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described here.
7.2 Your data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you bring into Pipewatch, including your automation credentials, workflow names, and execution logs. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
7.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
8. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your API keys, credentials, and workflow data as confidential information. We will not disclose this information to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DT INSIGHT GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DT Insight Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any content or data you submit to the Service
13. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, except where we are required by law to retain it. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DT Insight Group LLC regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
